There's no form to fill in. We'll arrange to show you round and have a chat, so you can decide if Smile Scotland is for you, your family member or client. If you've been referred by a family member or agency someone can come with you, for as long as you need them with you (or they can manage).
It doesn't matter where you live, how old you are, or why you need that extra bit of support. You can stay as long as you need to and we will tailor your placement with us to meet your needs.
